Driving Licence Certificate & Medical Certificate in Tranemo

At Skandiva Intyg, licensed doctors issue driving licence certificates and medical certificates for all classes – B, C, CE, D, DE and taxi driver permits.

The certificate is required for first-time applications for higher classes (C, CE, D, DE) and taxi driver permits, as well as for renewals. From age 45, the certificate is typically renewed every five years.

When is a specialist assessment required?

For certain chronic or more complex conditions, the Swedish Transport Agency requires the certificate to be issued by a specialist.

This may apply to e.g. vision problems, cardiovascular disease, neurological or psychiatric conditions, diabetes, and substance dependency.
